African and Caribbean attainment (responding to Kasim)

Here is the question I was asked.."im doing a paper on attainment within ethnic minority groups and was looking at the stark differences in attainment for african and Caribbean children. Caribbean children are performing the worst in the UK wheras African children are 2nd best, I am exploring WHY there is such a difference and though you may have some ideas?"
