Insane Old Man Pushes and Harasses Skateboarders

This video shows Robert Dickenson of Carrollton/Smithfield Virginia harassing two young boys at a park for doing nothing but sitting on a bench with skateboards in their hands. He pushes them, curses at them, and threatens to steal their skateboards (Which he later does).

This video happened over a year ago, and about 3 months before the old man stole my skateboard. We rode our skateboards to a public park and sat on the benches while we waited for our friend, and an old man came up and started harassing me, then pushed me (at the time I was 13 or 14) and cussed at me, and later threatened me.

After this incident, a police officer told us we could skateboard down there, and when we did the old man stole our skateboard
