Quality was fine. Yes there was a little echo, and maybe use a thicker marker, but the lines were visible and the audio clear enough that you forget about the echo after a minute of viewing.

These videos need to be promoted more on RunKeeper. I'm surprised Jeff doesn't have an intro video to each fitness class.

Best tip was to do cycling or elliptical on recovery days to get more blood to the damaged muscles.

If it were me I'd buy the Canon XA10.It will be out in March but I think it is the best camera out there at this price point.
I like it because it performs REALLY well in low light situations. Plus, it has 2 XLR inputs for microphones.
As far as mics just get 1 or 2 with XLR outputs and you should be good.

Please get an extra microphone or two. It sounds like crap when you have it so far from the sound source.
Spend a little money on a nicer camera with audio inputs. Putting a mic on the speakers will improve the videos substantially. It will also look and sound a lot more professional. If you need ideas for cameras and mics just let me know.
