  • Wow this looks really delicious. Thank you Blanche and for your mom too. In the gulf region and especially in the west of saudi arabia muttabaq refer to brad thats pan fried or sometimes baked... stuffed with many toppings mainly kurrat (english??) meat and eggs.

  • @curvepod I think there is a version in Indonesia with the same name--maybe that is what you are referring to? However in the Middle East this is the only version, the sweet kind. Thanks for watching!

  • I used to eat muttabak when i was a child but i remember it having minced meat and it wasnt sweet. Are there two versions of muttabak?
