Regardless of the color of a players skin they should be judged upon their ability to play the game.

On a related note... I don't understand how the title of this video has conjured up so much racism... if anything it is giving credit to the black player for their dominance of the runningback position.

As white guy that competed against and with people of different ethnicities.... I totally agree with you. The majority of my fellow caucasions posting on this page are still pissed off that they were to afraid to compete against the dreaded black athlete.

Most successful people have worked their ass off to get there. It doesn't matter what color they are. I was the white guy on my FB team from 1987 to 1992... Hell you might as well call me tarzan. Several of you that have posted on this are mixing in athletics as an 18 yr old with the workplace as a 30 yr old.... I realize most of you never actually competed with or against the black athlete.. So do yourself a favor STFU before you make a bigger fool of yourself.

@crjacks84 Its just the opposite my friend. The successful white people worked their ass off to get there. In todays society whites have to work harder, because things are just given to minorities because of their skin color. I've seen it with my own eyes, everywhere I've lived and worked. Blacks can be lazy, and not do their jobs and nothing is said to them, but the whites have to pick up the slack or be fired. I've seen it time and time again.

When I worked in Atlanta I worked for a Sub contractor for the city. Our company had about 100 employees. Only 6 of us were white. I worked in and around the city for 4 years. I saw about 25 or 30 city inspectors in that time frame. 1 was white, and he is openly gay, so therefor he is actually a minority also. I asked how to apply for a city job, and was told strait to my face by a supervisor that I'm the wrong color.
