Legend of Zelda - 3 Hearts Challenge Quest 2 (Part 1 of 16)

This is a walkthrough of the second, and final, quest of the legend of zelda with only three heart containers of life. This starts out from the very beginning and continues through the battle with Ganon at the end. This was done on the legend of zelda collector's edition game disc for the nintendo gamecube. This walkthough uses no continues or warping of any kind.

I complete level 1 and obtain my first peice of the triforce. I also buy the red candle.

If I have 16 hearts that's all the hearts right? I'm just wondering I've never played this game before so I was just wondering. and is the whole 2nd quest the same as the 1st? if so, Is there a 3rd quest? I'm just wondering i got addicted thanks to my friend

yep 16 hearts is the max (you get 8 from beating the levels and find the rest hidden in the overworld)

alright thanks for all the help i finished the game then cause i beat it again after quest to and was like this IS quest 2 all over again but anyway you can skip quest one? awesome! lol thanks anyway man

the 2nd quest is like the first only everything exept level 1 is in a different place, and a higher difficulty. there is no 3rd quest, and you can access the 2nd quest without completing the first by naming your file "ZELDA"

I'm watching this playthrough for the first time... the most commendable thing about 3-heart quests is that you're forced to keep the Wooden Sword the whole game.
