This is a story about how we are polluting the ocean with nuclear waste that is turning all of the fish into tap dancing showmen. The mutated fish are making us aware of our evil ways by broadcasting their message on public television. Unfortunately, the demographic of daytime television viewers are mainly elderly people whom are mostly asleep, so they had to think of a way to get their attention. They figured throwing in flashing lights and a catchy tune would get the message across.
