Yes singlefoot and rack are both forms of tolt. However some people's idea of a rack is what I believe you would call flying pace.

@MajiksGurl224 Yeah he's a little strung out because of slippery asphalt. Not many shows around here. I think my friend A. D. who owns this horse would think wearing a suit to ride a horse is the craziest thing he ever heard of !!!
