  • To lose weight FAST... You MUST combine all 3, diet, cardio, and resistance. Just to give you what I do last weeks before a competition, I intake 1000 calories (mostly protein and veggies, maybe only 1/2 serving of oatmeal in the am or a 1/2 of a sweet potato in the afternoon, 2 qty. 30 - 45 minutes cardio sessions 5 days/wk, 1 the 6th day, off 1 day, then resistance training is like these workouts, each bodypart once / wk. Hope this helps!!! : )

  • what's the best way to lose a belly and lose weight fast? (if you're willing to give 5-6 hours a day) is it circuits?intervals?will you lose weight faster if you do 2 hours of intervals?

  • This looks like a great workout. I teach boot camp myself and I do an enormous amount of lower body work. If she would add some step ups on the bench, I feel that this would put an even bigger burn on the lower body. Also, If she would add some jump squats holding a medicine ball it would really add some power. She could also do an isometric squat hold and add a jump, For example squat 2, 3, and jump on 4.
