TAS = Tools Assisted Speed Run (or Super Play when it's sports/fighting games)

SDA = Speed Demos Archive.

Speed Demos Archive publish 'Real Time' runs that were produced on consoles, no emulators what so ever.

TAS has a website called TASvideos where you get to see loads of TAS runs from Super Mario 64 in under 5 minutes 10 seconds to answering maths question in the most bizzare way possible on Brain Training.

Uses the ocarina glitch.

Use the the Ocarina the same time you trigger the 'going down/upstairs' event.

The glitch itself has some interesting uses including

* Early left mega switch after Lanter on the Temple of Droplets

* Skipping Royal Valley -> Kinstone Clouds quest.

* Getting to Vatti (with savewarping) in under 10 minutes.

This video uses the European version, and I managed to get through the door on the real GBA, You might need to watch that section bit by bit to know what to do. Hope that helps.
