For the wine, go for the Saint-Emilion. It's trustworthy ^^

What impresses is the effort you put in your meal. It can be anything but make it look nice!

  • @oscie1 J'ai vécu 16 ans dans le sud. Super pour les vacances... pour le reste vive le Nord (Paris compris !)

  • @cantor0305 If I'm having two French girls for dinner at 7pm, both in their early 20's, what kind of food will really impress them? I want them to think "I had no idea Americans knew so much about food!"

    What should I NOT serve?

Also, I live in a one-room apartment, and I furnish it with whatever I can. Are they going to be "turned-off" by a typical American "bachelor pad?"

If I serve red wine, does it have to be chilled or room temperature?

Should I serve red or white wine?

  • @oscie1 i m french living in nantes and rennes, ok for the climate, but for people... there is a debate !

  • @cantor0305 Have you even visited France? You cannot compare the south to the north, most people will agree the south is better, more sunshine, nicer people and way hotter women ,including those in their 30s and 40s.

  • @cantor0305 "miserable", living in Nantes or Rennes is not really like in the condition or victor hufo novel.

  • @oscie1 ok so it's your opinion. i disagree that's all

  • @cantor0305 I live in Rennes, you FAIL

  • @oscie1 "avoid the north, its miserable" stupid cliché, that's why Nantes and Rennes was ""the most liveable city in Europe" ( Times ).

  • @oscie1 All depends...the richest town in france is in the extreme north(croix),and a southern town like marseille is a real garbage.
