If you hadn't said this was your first attempt, I'd have thought you'd been doing this for a while. Great job! The only thing that stuck out was the shot of Herbert. It might just be me remembering the scene too well, but it seemed to still be funny. You know what? Ignore me.

thats a good job you have done! especially since this would be an extremely hard movie to recut because every scene is fukkkin funny!
