I'm not sure that home-buyers care what kinda music is playing. Most people going after MCM homes don't know the difference between 40's and 50's music.
During the 50s and early 60's big bands were still popular and toured endlessly.

I would change the music.
In the mood was 1940's and if your target market is MCM buyers, theyd be more into Lounge or 50's type music.

This mc home needs a lot of work to bring it back to its original state. Why must people ruin things that were perfect. I HATE ceramic tile. Whenever I see this down over terazzo flooring I get so mad :(
