It's some kind of rough-ass dudes' sparring styles of something along the lines of MMA with a bit of Hollywood flash moves, but has almost none of the immediately disruptive and/or lethal moves (strikes, blocks) of Defendu. It's also not much of the (elite type, not regular) Spetznas style of CQC.

This is DEFINITELY not Defendu, nothing close to what W.E. Fairbairn was teaching. Google get tough pdf and you'll find real fighting skills that will save your life

who taught you? go get your cash back! all of this will get you killed in a fight. defendu is about adrenal dump control and gross motor moves, spin kick anyone who has a half days training and they'll drop you in a heart beat, this vid is nothing more than an idiot and a conman teaching poor moves and worse technique, ive see day one recruits do better!
