LOL no I meant that the "Fran" with 135# instead of 95# thrusters sucks the worst. Both of these athletes are incredible. My PR is 6:12 chest-to-bar with the standard men's weight.

25lbs yellow bumpers are common in North America, lots of CF gyms have them in fact.

It must be 50kg"110punds"!
The yellow plates that i know of is always 33 pounds.

Kelly was using 65 pounds, Greg 95. It's enough. Believe me, it's enough.
