Aloha Juice Feast #3 - Green Barley Grass Juice OMG!!!

Ready or not here comes the green goodness by way of Earth Circle Organics. Yesterday I received in the mail two new products from Earth Circle Organics one of which is what we're talking about today Organic Green Barley Grass Juice Powder!

After spending a few hours reading some great books like "Prescription for Dietary Wellness" by: Phyllis A. Balch and researching the internet I've come to find out that green barley grass is one amazing superfood!

Here are just a few of the benefits.

Green barley grass juice is rich in vitamins, C, B1, B2, B3 and B6 as well as biotin, folate and beta-carotene. It's rich in calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, zinc, manganese and suuperoxide dismutase (SOD) which is an enzyme known to reduce aging and is a powerful antioxidant.

The list goes on and on till the break-a-dawn! I'm so jazzed about this superfood it's going to be a part of my daily regimen from now on. This is one of the things I love about coming into the living foods lifestyle and eating consciously... paying attention to what you feed your body, etc.

Brother Echo a Raw Vegan for about nine months but I've still got sippy-cup status and I love it! It's so nice to NOT KNOW EVERYTHING and discover NEW and exciting foods, herbs, tonics, etc. I hope that this sense of adventure and overwhelming awe last forever.

Sometimes I lose my breath when I drive past a fast food joint and see people walking in not even giving a second thought to what they are about to put into their bodies and they think that's REAL FOOD. I often think to myself that used to be me... I used to be that guy. I am so thankful for the love/light that has come into my life along with all the wonderful, beautiful people and teachers.

Living foods isn't everything but I gotta tell you once you get on the conscious eating train there's no getting off. Once you feel the transformation physically and spiritually there's no turning back. There have been and still are many people in the world who feed their body/temple low vibrational foods and they still shine but imagine if they fed that body/temple high-vibe living foods... all I have to say is... next level!

Thank you universe, thank you friends, family and Sangha for being a part in the breaking down and dissolving of my former self Michael Roberson and building up of Brother Echo. It's fascinating to see this new man emerge from the ashes of his former self. Each day is savored and cherished, each moment is loved and respected as well as all of you.

Without the Sangha there would be no Brother Echo and for that I am so humbled.

I just ate whatever we had. I hate that I had that kind of life but it seems to me that the health problems I have due to that is a sign..maybe I would still be eating like that if my body wasn't telling me not too.I have been on a health quest for about 4 years now, Im 23. I havebeen vegetarian for a year or so and then moved on to vegan. I was vegan for 2 years and then statted eating fish again..but yes, it truely is a journey. I think I'm really finding my path in life. I want to be a healer

I love your videos! Great info. i'm an organic gardener in Alabama, I love love love the magical potions the universe has to offer! I have some health problems from a lifetime of unhealthy habbits, When I was a child, my family wasnt wealthy and my mother was single, raising 3 children..their were no food stamps..my mom did what she could for us but she had no real idea what she was allowing into our bodies. With noone to teach me about the the risks of those foods and no money of my oun ..
