So this has been troublesome. I had to rerender it in WMM after editing in Sony Vegas... which sucks. I have it solved tho, so the the quality was worse in this ep, but will be much better next ep.

It isn't, actually, I'm pretty sure he was making a joke, because mine was just a joke. They state in this original ep that the anime is set in Japan. And in the original Japanese Mio makes a joke later about not being able to speak Japanese.
