A team of Ford truck specialists in Thailand worked closely with Ford's Australia-based Asia Pacific and Africa design team, led by Gibson, to create Ranger Max. Ford's design team incorporated design cues into Ranger Max that may be seen in future-generation Ranger.

"The Ranger Max is not just about creating show excitement," Gibson said. "We have a great opportunity to test design themes that may make their way into production. Ranger Max says exciting things about the possibilities for truck fans in Ranger's future."

According to some other blog I read, it looks like we may see this truck arriving in our U.S. Dealership. I've been waiting for a 4 door Ranger Pickup for 15 years and now I'm glad it's gonna be a reality. If Ford can put two cents to make sure the Ranger's better reliability is similar to Taurus and the Fuzion, I will start recommending Ford Trucks once again. My money will be saved up for a 4x4 5 Speed Manual Double Cab Version.

For the USA scapers, these Ford trucks are made for the Australasian markets including the south pacific. The big US trucks don't sell well in these parts of the world. FYI guys & maybe gals....

@gayasianmale ford trucks have the best reliability, quality, and overall everything else...and always have according to ever car review magazine and show..and the statistics/data to back it up, so i wouldnt worry about recommending it to someone anyway lol
