@nichatesVEVO That sucks! I was just wondering because I bought a weider bodyworks 5000 which is similar to the total gym and I want to know what kind of results people are getting with it. I'm hoping to achieve a body like the guy in the video lol.

Can I get a body like yours with a total gym? I just bought a weider total bodyworks 5000. I bought it over the total gym because it has resistance bands to increase weight by 50 lbs. I'm debating on whether I should stick with the machine or get a gym membership. I also have a tread mill that I do for 20 mins before my workout.

I just bought an xl on craiglist for 90 bucks. It has 250.00 worth of acessories. i am starting tomorrow! Cant wait!
