I am so glad that I found this series :)It has helped me in so many ways. There is an organic foods shop in my town but I never once thought about how I should be buying more from it

Sounds like a good start. I did the low-fat diet a long time ago, and I dropped ten pounds. But I needed more veggies, not just low fat junk food. The protein diet I completely steered away from. It didn't seem healthy to me to take out major components of the food pyramid.
