TEMPEST refers to recovering information from 'leaked' radiation in devices, not to the music.

Especially the strength of the radiation is amazing to me. A friend must hold the radio directly to the bottom of his TFT (max. 1 cm space) for this to work...
What did Toshiba assemble here? ;)
