How to Knit - Stopping your Stocking Stitch from Curling

Hello knitters! This video will help you avoid the dreaded stocking stitch curl (aka stockinette stitch) by using borders of moss stitch (aka seed stitch) and garter stitch.

Would you be able to make a video showing the actual process? Like starting the border. I'm new to knitting so I'm a bit lost on how to get started. Do I have to do this on both sides? As in front and back? Thank you very much!
