Myles Munroe disagrees with Romans 5:8, which says, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Myles Munroe teaches, "Jesus died but Christ didn't". Funny because the bible says the God raised CHRIST from the dead.

"He absorbed all of God's wrath for you and I?" No. "He absorbed all of God's wrath for you and ME". You wouldn't say, "He absorbed God's wrath for I"; you would say, "He absorbed God's wrath for me". God's wrath for me has been absorbed by Jesus.

It's one thing to stay a disobedient sinful "child" but If anybody here is bold enough to say Jesus Christ suffering on the cross the wrath of God wasn't enough, that you need to live a holy enough to go along with Christs blood, you are committing the grossest of sins straight from the pits of hell. Matthew 7 21-23 might want to resign-ate with you for a little while, The Father will not allow you to take away from the Holy punishment his son faced to save sinners like you and I. God bless.

Just to clear things up...
I actually originally made this video, so I listened to the whole sermon a few times.
Chandler is saying is that we like to "add" to the cross regarding righteousness. we say it's the cross, plus obedience. But it's NOT.
Faith produces works as we walk with God, but the emphasis shouldnt be on OUR obedience/repentance. The emphasis is the Gospel.
Please read Galatians 2:21 & 3:1-5, it's the text that he based the sermon off of, it might clear things up.
Love you all!

@8sstevens Also just to add, this is a response to the idea that we can come to God of our own merit. That is wrong. We are sinful by nature, therefore we cannot be reconciled with a perfect God, however, through his son's sacrifice, we can be reconciled, and that is what needs to be focused on. Anything else just falls into place if we truly accept it.

@8sstevens I think that the ultimate aim is that through recognition of our sins and true repentance we are made right with God. Obviously like @bbplayerav has said we cannot live sinful lives and still believe ourselves to be christians. If so we show that our repentance was meaningless in the first place - why would we want togo back anyway? Gad has given us an amazing gift, how can we refuse it after acknowledging it?
for people who have not read the Bible........
