@StaceyNicolePaine The absolute best source of calcium for humans is dark leafy green vegetables, as well as some fruits. They have the exact amount of calcium our bodies need in just the right proportions, that our bodies can assimilate perfectly. Healthy cows don't get calcium from milk, they get it from eating green grass all day. I just had my blood work done and my calcium levels were right on target, and I haven't had any dairy products in years. :0)

@biitersweettt I buy almost everything from the local farmers markets where everything is far less expensive than grocery stores or health food stores. It's not always certified but I try to buy from farmers I know do not use pesticide or chemical fertilizers. I also try to buy in bulk when I can. If you can't always buy organic, google "EWG dirty dozen foods" for the list of best and worst conventional foods to buy. For foods at the top of the worst list, try to buy organic. :0)

@rawsynergytv I went raw 6 months ago I lost 40lb, I have more energy than ever! People tell me what Im doing is dangerous, when they are 300LB fat slobs that eat burger king everyday! We live in a brainwashed unhealthy society that thinks they know everything, and doctors and pharmaceutical companies want us fat and sick! Gluten and dairy is poison! Great Vid!
