Hey Jordan your product looks awesome and I want it, but i have a question. I have a neighbor downstairs that gets annoyed by the rock band 2 stock pedal pretty easily. the vibration when you hit the pedal down can be very annoying to neighbors living underneath, and my friends hit the pedal twice as hard, which i feel like it's an earthquake just 5 feet away from the pedal. Will this pedal vibrate less than the rock band 2 stock pedal, and hopefully not annoy neighbors as much?

i can say that it will be quieter than the rock band 2 stock pedal, but quiet is so subjective. it depends on the person playing really. and the construction of the building they're playing in. and the sensitivity of the neighbor. it's quiet for sure, but not silent.

Hey Jordan, how loud is this pedal? Currently I'm using the stock ION pedal and the guy living beneath me can actually hear it quite well ( I live in an apartment ). Would this pedal solve my problem?

quiet is very subjective. i feel very safe saying it's quieter than the stock ion pedal though :) it really depends on the sensitivity of your neighbor and the construction of your building. it's quiet, but not silent.
