I pulled away from Nick and smiled at him, biting my bottom lip, I could feel hundreds of eyes on us, but in that moment, I really couldnt care less, it was silent in the halls until I heard footsteps, running footsteps and I turned to see Joe with Lily, I sighed "Joeeee! Cant you watch her for five minutes?" he grinned "of course I can but I heard that you guys were going public so I wanted to come see" Nick sighed "Joseph! Ugh!" then he looked at me, smiled and took my hand "you know what? later Joe" and we walked through the thousands of staring eyes before someone stepped out in front of us "This is some kind of joke, right?" "uh, No" anger flashed through Justins eyes "This is its sick! Youre step-brother and step-sister!" I felt Nicks grip tighten on my hand slightly and he pulled me back and stepped closer to Justin himself "Seriously, what is your problem?" he demanded, Justin growled "You!" that didnt seem to surprise Nick at all "Look, this doesnt even concern you, come on Smiley" and with that he stepped to the side attempting to get past Justin, Justin just blocked him again "What do your parents think of this?" he questioned, Nick didnt answer, Justin chuckled "They dont know? Well I doubt theyll be happy about it!" I felt Nick tense and I stroked the back of his hand with my thumb "I mean, seriously, is it even legal?" I looked at Nick who didnt seem to know what to say before I heard a shout "Yeah it is! Its COMPLETELY legal, they can get married and everything" I turned, recognizing the voice, Selena stood there proud "Yeah, I researched it" then she looked beside her and smiled at Taylor before looking back at me "we heard the commotion and you guys are my best friend and my twin brother, Im-" she paused and smiled at Taylor "were all here for you guys" Justin looked irritated "well it should be Illegal, its disgusting" I got irritated then, I wondered why Nick wasnt arguing back so I argued instead "have you ever been in love Justin?" Justin looked taken back "well, I, um, no" Nick smiled then seeing Id found an argument, he took over "Well, this" he held up our intertwined fingers "is what it feels like, what is is, its about being there for someone no matter what anybody other than the two of you wants, its about putting them first, knowing that youd do anything for them" he looked at me and smiled "it when youre not satisfied unless your with them, when you cant fall asleep without them in your arms" I finished off "Its when all the odds are against you but somehow, you find a way" Justin glared at him "Look, Miley, youre better being with someone who your parents will be happy with, I doubt theyre happy with HIM" Joe came over then and passed Lily to Selena "Him! Thats my Bro! and one of those parents is his Mom, I assure you, he can do no wrong in her eyes, Im sure both her and Billy Ray will be there for these two when they find out." Justin turned to Joe "but" and Nick interrupted "No. what does it matter anyway?" Joe suddenly burst out laughing, confusing everyone else "Joe?" Selena looked irritated, Joe calmed down "Shes got hundreds of boys in love with herespecially Nick but a load of others too" I looked at Nick who also seemed to find this funny "Like who?" I asked and Nick grinned "theres Me, Cody, Lucas, Mitchell and Justin" I was shocked, I knew about Nick obviously, Id never Noticed Lucas and Cody had a crush on me though, Mitchell, well, he used to have a crush on me but I thought he was over it and Justin, well, I guess that was the reason for this hmmm. Justin sighed, agitated and stormed off and Nick lifted our hands and kissed mine before smiling "well, lets go then" and we walked through the corridors and into the cafeteria for lunch.
Nicks P.O.V
We got home that day and walked in being careful to act as normal as possible, Joe and Selena were already in, me and Miley wasnt far behind them though, we walked in and we got to the top of the stairs before we heard our names called "Miley! Nick! Come here! NOW!" it was Billys voice, we froze and met each others gaze before slowly plodding back down the stairs together

lol well you can cross tat off you're 'things to do before I die' list... and yes, I actually have one of those :) I was bored one day and just decided to write down a list of random things that I wanna do before I die lol yeah, probably a random thing to write abou in a comment but hey, thats just the way I roll ;)
