Islamic Iran state-own propaganda about recent protests in Iran

It is part of a Press TV propaganda which compares Iranian protests against election fraud with Venezuela coup attempt in 2002.

Press TV should be ashamed for making such a ridiculous comparison, the anti- Chavez Coup attempt in 2002 in Venezuela was done by the military and the people who took to the streets were PRO Chavez. In Iran you actually have a completely opposite scenario, the people protesting in the streets are ANTI- Ahmadinejad while the military (revolutionary guards) is defending Ahmadinejad. Also the Carmona government, installed by the Venezuelan military was a pro- American government while Mousavi is not pro- American, if there was even a shred of evidence that Mousavi has ties with the US, he would have been disqualified from running by the Guardian council.
