oh yay!! i've been looking for something fun to do on a drab rainy day like today! and im glad you said we don't have to have the cinnamon oil...because i don't! LOL...but i do have cinnamon, and lemongrass oil. the only thing is that cinnamon makes me sneezy!! still...i'm going to make this! :)

I like to use an amethyst stone to open up my third eye before meditating. I also carry it in my medicine bag, and put it next to where I sleep if I feel like I need prophetic guidance or dreams. BB )O(
