It's highly compacted snow so it would have more grip than you expect. But it's a different riding style. They control the slide much like you would on something like motorcross. All I know is that I want to try it.
But how do they ride on the slippery surface. I didn't see any studs in the tires and they werent some special thick snow tires either. Or is it just not as slippery as i think?
City called Wallis? I didn't know Wallis is a city. Is it Bürchen at all? I heard that they are not too stubborn about taking bikes on the lifts every now and then...

No they normally do not take bikes on the tracks...
It looks like they ridin at Hungerberg, a small resort already bankrupt nearby Oberwald.
A Station called Visperterminen do take bikes as well i heard.
