This reminds me of my ex-girlfriend, we were best friends for years before we dated. And then when we dated we had more passion with each other than I had ever imagined sharing with somebody. Eventually we were on a 'break' and she hooked up with her ex and ended up with a kid... I was heart broken for the longest time...
