i think it's at the back when you open it there is battery that you can remove and it will remove the password or else you can download the hiren's boot cd and there you can find the password remover...:)

usually toshiba can ship you one but i suggest just use usb drive to reinstall the whole thing unless you have something to recover wherein you need a bootable image to access the data on you hard drive
