Even more disturbing than the lunacy of many of the things that Maxine Waters says, is the fact that the people in her California Congressional District keep electing her to "represent" them. Is there no one else---WITHOUT a chip on their shoulder, and WITH a well-functioning brain---that could better represent those constituents? OR, is she a good "represention" of them?
