wow, thanks!!!!!

i think i heard someone say that 6" 21 plate is the best for 12 volts, but for 8" plates 24 volts.
although i realize by balancing the volts & amps, it's the same, but over 6" plates, the voltage gaps are too low between plates.
-- your vids are good

what do you use as electrolyte? In my research caustics will do a number on neoprene. I have been working with EPDM and has great resistant qualities to heat and chemicals, But i dont know how it would work as spacers in a dry cell. May be slightly conductive.

What works best with the arrangement for holes where gas exits and water comes back into the cell?

need to be more specific, what do you mean by works best with the arrangement for holes? Are you refering to flow?

this resolt of descoloration is acure after how much working time?
vshart 3 years ago
starts after a dozen or so hours, but it really is dependent on voltage. I overdrove these a little bit to find the bell curve in eff. The discoloration doesn't seem to affect performance.

What kind of gasket? and how thick are gaskets? Im currently testing a 8x8" dry cell with 1/16" gasket, also made 1/8th gaskets to try but have not tried yet, Thanks

gasket material is neoprene, 60a hardness, and they are 1/16th thick.
Good luck, and if you can post some videos of the cell.
