I am in this video several times. you wrote that we were heros. Thank you for that. But we are not heros, just a lot of people who love animals and had an incredible experience helping. The bond I formed with those people will be forever in my memory, just as much as the animals will be.

20 Months post Katrina, and after a long legal battle, both Master Tank and Nila were reunited on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007 with the Couture family.

Susan, thank-you, for all of your work for the past two and a half years, including this moving video. It is a wonderful tribute to so many, from start to finish and to those still nearing the finish line. The tears still flow ever so easily. The video is hard to watch and at the same time it is good to watch.
