What i am Trying to figure out is, what the hell is the Furnace doing inside the house, the furnace should be installed in a apartment shed outside...,what the ESB need to do, to prevent fire in a situation like that, is place a sensor near the door so that the main box can shut it self off,so that the Burners and everything will turn off,i think houses in the west of Ireland should be built on a 3 or 4 foot foundation off the ground with steel and concrete, with water insulation, and a stair case.

that house has been completley damaged by flooding and it could happen again if a proper drainage system is not put in place to alleviate flooding in a low
lying area that poses a great risk and also insurance companies may refuse to insure homes that poses greater risks!!!
