INGREDIENTS:
Make 12 pieces
4 firm white bread
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1 teaspoon cumin seed
2 finely chopped green chilly
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (green coriander)
3/4 cup water
Oil to fry

  • @nidhineshsingh You can use the bread crusts that you cut to grind and make breadcrumbs for another dish! Good thing you said something because I was thinking the same! :)

  • Manju ji..Loved your wat of cooking,i know this should taste very good but one thing is in my mind is that you have wasted so much of the bread,so why do we have to cwaste?cant we just take a bit of it to make it look good?i know for some people its okay to waste but i am very much strict on wasting food.
