i just used 4 seperate bone layers, and set them to move at pretty much random intervals.

very nice. the hair flowing looks great. did you do it by putting different strands on separate bones?

i thought i was going to have to. i did it with 4 seperate layers, each with bones on the innermost side.

originally i had used bone dynamics, but, it didnt quite work the way i wanted to. (still toying with that function).

Oh my gosh... I got a headache.... @_@ I cant even figure out how to move the eyes and stuff T_T Sniffle... and here I wanted to be an animator... damn stuff too hard... -Sniffle.- Any tips??? o.o
