WOW! Thank u so much for this vid. The very thought of all this existing is enough to make me go .. WOW. . This information is priceless. For all those who are aware that there's more to life than just eating and satisfying our desires, well its time to wake up cause this is like nutrition/actuall food for your body... Look around at the people who've been treated all their lives. They are in wheelchair, some of them not remembering their own spouses and children. I watched all 15 videos (some have 2 parts).
Very informational ! I started to do the exercises and I can tell the difference; It's like a weight is lifting up and out of my body.
