PowerSDR IF-Stage used a SDR bandscope. You can see and hear any signal signal in 96kHz frame of band - currently 40m during CQWW.

There is a buffer amplifier behind 1st mixer in FT-1000MP transceiver. IF 70,455MHz signal is fed in Funkamateur's SDR kit for 4m (BF981 as preamp, BF981 as mixer, cheap 5,5MHz filter and simple SDR receiver). Oscillator is based on si570 kit.
