What??? What's that beautiful creature at:42? "Kinkajou"? I've never heard of such an animal? H/she? is BEAUTIFUL! Are they difficult 2 care for/own? How are their temperaments? Forgive me, I know I should just look this up online instead of bothering you w/this, I'm just intrigued & you obviously have much knowledge about exotics. I just adopted my first baby ferret a few months ago & he's the love of my life. I treat him as though he were a human baby. Would love 2 learn more about ur rescue.

do yuo think that wild animals shi=ould be pets e.g lions fox's etc

no I do not think that any WILD animal should be a pet- however when animals have been bred in captivity as pets for decades, and then are abandoned, yes they need to be kept safe and cared for by people. All of the animals here are not wild, they are domestic bred animals that would never ever live in the wild.
Most of the exotic pets live better lives as pets than they would in nature, however many do not- the larger ones for example. It's the person, not the animal that makes the difference.

Thye have one of the worst bites of any animal kinkajous. And they are VERY strong. Once they get hold opf something they hang onto it. There have ausome claws n tails that are like a 5th leg.
Very dangerous. Cute yes but unpredictable. i used to work with 3 of them

Kinkajous in general do not make good pets- they live 25 years, and can be very dangerous when they "lose it" and maul people. Even ones who have been lovingly cared for have snapped and harmed people so badly they needed surgery to repair the damage.
Ferrets make great pets and I am sure you will enjoy yours! They like companions too so maybe adopt another one :) but dont get a kinkajou, very few people can care for one appropriately and even then it can go badly.
