Puerto Rican Day Parade: Cops Enforce Horn Honking Law

The cops were swarming Bushwick, BK later in the day after the Puerto Rican Day Parade. Plainclothes cops pull over this group of young ladies who were amongst a huge caravan of horn honking drivers. Amazing how the cops were able to single them out and give them a ticket.

Just so u kno, just cause you have one or two black friends (not colored, this aint the 50s and 60s and they're not a load of laundry, black... its what it is) doesnt make you not prejudice or racist, it just means exactly that, that you have one friend who happens to be black.
