Human Nature A Social Enterprise

As will be revealed in the interview, Gandang Kalikasan Human Nature is a social enterprise that has been started by sisters, Ana Meloto-Wilk and Camille Meloto. The two are daughters of Tony Meloto, the founder of the internationally recognized social advocacy that gives home and hope to the poor, Gawad Kalinga. The people that work for Gandang Kalikasan Human Nature are families that have been helped by Gawad Kalinga, thus making the enterprise family-oriented. The materials used are organically produced from Philippine farms, hence, making the products pro-environment and pro-Philippines. The products are for personal care and because it is the mothers and the women who are usually concerned with buying personal care products for the family, most of the consumers and dealers are women. In this regard, most women will find interest in the discussion on this social enterprise because they get to learn about an alternative product for their use as well as an opportunity to earn by becoming dealers of the product.
