If you are so concerned with saving your time to the point that you open your mouth and bitch about it, even going as far to call over the manager...
#1 Why would you waste even more time by calling the manager over, and causing a scene?
#2 Why would you waste time making a video about it?
#3 She only had 3 items over. If she'd had 50 items I could understand, but you're just being a prude and a bitch over this.

You should have just went to a different line in the first place. If you decided it was necessary to point her out, you should have done that before she started to check her items out. What you did made it such a huge inconvenience for the cashier because she had to deal with not only idiots that have 20+ items but with a customer that could have avoided this situation. I agree with you that idiots do go to the express lane and it's rude.

Unless you're making $75,000 or more as an employee at Walmart, and don't live in a New England state, just don't shop or work there! Enough said! I mean, really, just dodging the diapers in the parking lot is tacky! Psst!

Yeah thats baloney. You have less than the amount then you should be entitled to go ahead I would let you.

It is against Walmart store policy to refuse a customer from a lane no matter how many items they have. On a first come first serve basis. It is up to the customers to count their items and get into the appropriate lane. Trust me, it annoys the cashiers in those lanes when someone walks up who obviously has too many items. But we can not refuse them. I am sorry if this bothers and/or upsets you.

I hate walmart ugly people all up in there pisses me off .

You clearly never woked in retail. Now what ? You want to cause trouble to two people by giving their names and hoping they would get fired ... And if those two people acted differently they would have complaints from the other customer, the one who happened to have more than 20 items. Just argue with the customer if you want, but don't mess with the cashier for example who just try and do everything not to offend any customer, and remains polite yet under stress.

Talk about first world problems...

I do understand your frustration. People should abid by the rules, of course and Just because you do and I do doesn't mean everyone is the world will. That's just life and I'm sure you have lived long enough to know that not everyone abids by the rules or laws for that matter. I work at Wal-mart. You can't just say to a customer..go away you can't check out here. You hope that people will have respect for others and go to another register. If you worked in retail you would understand.
Jesus christ, get some real problems you racist cunt.

I work at walmart, my name is April, we as cashiers, CSM's cannot turn away any customers no matter how many items they have. Yeah, it sucks, but thats the rule. I tottally agree that LESS THAN 20 MEANS less than 20!!! REMEMBER MANAGEMENT CALLS THE SHOTS, NOT THE CASHIERS!!!!
