@2sweet2eat8 --------> Meditating is a technique to benefit anybody no mater of age, size, race, religion or gender.. It is all about making a connection back within yourself and feeling calm and peaceful. You can try it to see if you'll enjoy it. Many improve relationships, gain better problem solving skills and more because they become really peaceful in their energy and you'll notice a difference when you practice. Just feel love when you're doing it and you'll notice the benefits.

Same goes to anything anybody says- trust your instinct, feelings and go with your heart. your heart is the answer to all of your questions. your mind gets mad later when you don't listen to your heart. Thats why I live by listening to my heart more than my mind. Fear comes in when you don't understand something. When you come to learn, ask questions to find out for yourself through researching and you will overcome fear. May love and understanding be with you always <3
