And this is why Cannabis buds of the highest quality should be delivered to anyone, any time, upon a phone call to the Cannabis storage facility, and for any reason, and anyone who denies this should be forced to sleep in either a prison outfit or business suit. Authority is always trying to make you fear or tax you for something. Has anyone noticed that most authority is based on agreement and "center of attention psychosis".

Actually, Gov. Doyle has been for medical cannabis all along. Before his election, in 2002, while still Atty General, he told me at a St. Patrick's Day fundraiser he would sign a bill if it reached his desk, and he has reiterated that numerous times when asked. It was only late this summer, and after the Holder decision, that the press picked it up in a big way.
