I think this folling stuff is just a methaphore for the choise wich an angel make about comming into the darkness .. you are in high vibration then by choise you lower it the direcgtion is down so it is to fall down and from there a fallen angel .. wich is just an end of a cicle for one "old" soul(oldness bassed not on the time but on the expiriencess gained)..

Fallen is earth word to describe spiritual things from the other side of the veil it is hard to use 1 word and be corect in understanding it... They are not fallen they dont have wings and humen body.. They are just angels new born souls they can be everywhere seeing everything helping those "down" but they still don;t know fully separation by being in duality so they are in the begining of their cicle then decide to evolve and incarnate here for exaple again and again and forgot who they are...
