@TheHydrogen4 I think not ".bitching and complaining about it..." has led to a world where you have to respect religion even when criticizing it. "not hurt their feelings".

"We need to show that there is nothing to be afraid." that's untrue. Remember? They have heaven to go to after.. Wan't give It away easily. What they don't understand is that believing in it won't make it real, but acting on that belief will lead to choices having real effect in real life, and ours too.

But.... you know people watching the state ( and with "the state" comes authority) endorse such kind of 'offending to the human kind' bullshit, could get the wrong idea and actually going into believing that crap; especially if they are children, and I wouldn't want my kids to be misguided.

If they want to display message of love, there are thousands of non theistic motifs to choose from. Yes, there can be love without supernatural means.

How did he talk about the subject? He talked about Jesus making a hell which isnt even true and its about the scene. Its more about the legality and tolerance of the scene, not a attempt to (inaccurately) attack Jesus.

You care enough to make and upload an entire video dedicated to it, so it obviously offends you, and nobody is shoving the nativity scene in your face, if you have to work there (which i assume you don't) and you don't like it, don't look at it, how many people see the nativity as a hateful gesture? the bottom line is you are making a political issue out of something that has positive significance for some random townsfolk. Get over it.
