Hello there !.
The Logitech Z-5500 has some secrets. You've got 2 skins, and Extra Volume !
If you want the second skin. Turn off your console. Then Hold the input, effect, setting, and mute button for 5 seconds. Now your skin has changed. If you want extra volume. Hold the mute button and spin your volume wheel. Now you got Voume +11. If you want to get BOOST 22 Just keep spinning your volume wheel.

  • It actually says in the manual that comes with the speakers that "You should only use boost option when you are listening to something that was recorded very silently, or you may damage your speakers "

  • @berytun Could be.. But i never read manuals ... And probably i'm not the only one in the world..

And i haven't blown my speaker with it.

  • what is the different of the volume+11 and the normat volume ??

  • @papagal05 Much louder and more bass.

But normal volume is enough i think so :). Just something to try out and see what's the best for you

  • nice vid ;)

  • @MajorPWNS For best sound by far is optical..If your on a PC its totally worth buying a sound card that has optical out so your able to plug into your pod by a opticial cable iv used all setting and opticial is way better by far..

  • @prohacker883 Man you should do some research on using that boost its only made to play with low bit rate music...what your doing is doubling your volume and thats real hard on the speakers...

  • @terrorvis Keep fooling with it youll notice you can go +22 on the boost..I tryed it for a couple seconds and its scary...

  • @papagal05 It not only goes to +11 it can also go to +22 & at that volume your looking to blow your speakers...thats doubling your volume....

  • @berytun its called music with a low bit rate...your able to use the volume boost but there remastering music now to 320 kbp/s and you start using the volume boost with the higher bit rate & your speakers are going to pop...Same with the sub boost

  • damn !!!! i played slipknot blister exits on 22 boost it was so loud i went to the first floor of our aparment and i still could hear it we live in the 5th floor 1st to 5th floor is more 25,30mt !!!
