My point is still the same how is numbing your hands an advantage? by numbing your hands you can break it and not even know it which will then make your hand injuries worse If he uses it it's during training which would explain the lack of power in his punches during pad work or while working on the heavy bag but during a fight would be stupid which is what your suggesting
