The OWL MK II Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) ,developed in 1985, by Howard Hornsby; is the first USV to perform " Real World Missions" in the Middle East, for the DOD and US Navy in the mid 1990's. The OWL can be custom built to any size and accomodate all types of mission modules. The OWL can be Launched and Recovered with ease from any ship; and is the most cost effective solution to our World Wide Security Issues at sea and in the littorals. Universal Secure Applications' , Karen and Howard Hornsby, designed the new automated common launch and recovery system for LCS.
